Thanks for the reply Larry and I appreciate you reading both my books before drawing any conclusions. Nice of you to acknowledge. Most people who don’t understand my argument judge my books without taking the time to read them.

I agree that children and those who are pathologically addicted, do deserve special protection, but that it’s up to the rest of us to become indistractable.

I think the portrayal of tech overlords “addicting” us is not accurate. Though I do see why it is very psychologically comforting to think our behavior is not our fault. We don’t like to admit it, but I think we are far more powerful than they are.
